UFOs – UAPs – Whatever you want to call them- are here, and their tech is scary.

Tennessee Congressman Tim Burchett, a member of the House Oversight Committee involved in UFO hearings, has issued a dire warning after claiming to have seen classified UFO footage that hasn’t been made public. During an appearance on the “Event Horizon” podcast, Burchett speculated that extraterrestrial life forms could possess technology that humanity is ill-equipped to handle.

“We can’t handle it,” Burchett said during his podcast appearance about potential alien tech. “We couldn’t fight them off if we wanted to. That’s why I don’t think they’re a threat to us, or they would already have been.” Burchett’s warning follows whistleblower David Grusch’s claims of a secret UFO retrieval program within the government. The House Oversight Committee, led by Burchett and Rep. Anna Paulina Luna of Florida, is preparing to conduct a hearing to discuss Grusch’s unverified assertions.

“They [extraterrestrial craft] can travel light years or at the speeds that we’ve seen defy physics as we know it. They can fly underwater and don’t show a heat trail…We are out of our league. We couldn’t fight them off what we wanted to. That’s why I don’t think they’re a threat to us, or they would already have been.”

In another interview, Burchett expressed concern that “we have something that we do not control in our military airspace.” He believes unidentified flying objects need to be taken more seriously and that both Congress and the public have a right to know about them.

Burchett has long advocated for increased transparency from the federal government when it comes to information on unidentified flying objects. In January 2023, he accused the government of a cover-up on UFOs days after a declassified report revealed hundreds of new encounters with what the military now prefers to call unidentified aerial phenomena, or UAPs. “This thing is a huge cover-up, for whatever reason,” Rep. Tim Burchett (R-Tenn) told NewsNation. “And I just feel like America is ready, we need to know, and to stop with all the shenanigans.”

Burchett has also called for the government to “release everything” following the rise in “unidentified aerial phenomena.” He said, “we’ve been covering this up since the 40s,” adding to NewsNation that he doesn’t “trust [the] government, [and] there’s an arrogance about it, and I think the American public can handle it.”

As the push for UFO disclosure continues, more videos and information are being released to the public. The Pentagon has released several videos of unidentified aerial phenomena, some of which remain unexplained. These videos have fueled the conversation around the existence of extraterrestrial life and the need for transparency from the government.

With more people, including military personnel and pilots, reporting sightings of unidentified aerial phenomena, the demand for answers and disclosure is growing. Organizations like Americans for Safe Aerospace are being formed to support pilots who encounter unexplained aerial phenomena and advocate for increased transparency and investigation into these sightings.

As the conversation around UFO disclosure continues to gain momentum, it remains to be seen what further information will be revealed and how it will impact our understanding of these mysterious phenomena.
